HY-12 Oligo Synthesizer is our company’s independent design which ideal for best performing medium throughput oligo synthesizer on the market. The machine is cost-effective, flexibility and automatic synthesizer that offers efficiency synthesis cycle time, low reagent cost,

upgrade ability. It can greatly synthesized multiple sequence of primers, modified oligos, dye-labeled primers and probes. It can run with scales varying from 25nmole to 300umol, with a typical run time is less than 2.5 hours for 12 columns of DNA 20mers, not only save your time but also ensured high quality results. This instrument has been placed in many universities, pharma and diagnostic companies operating in GMP environments.

Technical Advantages:

1	lightweight and modular design	which is designed easy to add or removing modules. And optimize the configuration in future.
2	Compact design	which using an embedded control computer, no more space for computer, shortening half of the length than other similar synthesizer
3	Graphical operation mode	In the testing phase and the initial stage of synthesis, the pipeline can be tested automatically, the status of liquids, pipelines, valves, etc.
4	Larger synthesis scale	dual-axis motion system reduced the length of the column support plate ,also saves a lot of space to put larger scale columns. And it can synthesize 12 primers at the same time, which is twice as large as the traditional synthesizer
5	AMI/MODIFY can be flexibly configured	Base amidite and modified amidite can be set freely, and you can choose different Synthesis programme
6	OXI/SUL can be configured separately	OXI and SUL can be configured separately.
7	Independent programme of each channel	Each channel can select different sequence files and process parameters, which can set the initial synthesis position of the sequence and Initialization/finalization mode respectively, etc. For each channels programme can be saved, loaded, tested, and statistically analyzed.
8	Real-time display of the synthesis process	During the synthesis process, it can be paused manually or automatically, and then the operate the amidite and other reagent.
